1. In-App Deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm identity and final deletion request.
2. Deletion by Request
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@aixcelabs.com from your registered account email with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. What Gets Deleted
- Account profile and authentication mapping.
- Notes, folders, and user-generated metadata.
- Push token records and reminder scheduling data.
- AI query cache and associated temporary data.
4. Deletion Timeline
- Request acknowledgment: typically within 72 hours.
- Production deletion completion: up to 30 days.
- Backup expiry cycle: up to an additional 30 days where technically required.
5. Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, dispute handling, or enforcing agreements.
6. Verification and Security
We may verify identity before processing deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.
